- creating the content for training program, setting a regular schedule for each position, ensuring that each employee is well informed and trained on health and safety issues; regularly testing the knowledge acquired and the ability to applying it.
- prepare reports on the employees participation in training sessions on security
- drafting the individual legal documents for health and safety
- developing the training program and tests at company or unit level
- yearly detailed checking process of the headquarters and job posts in order to identify any technical deficiencies related to health and safety
- checking that the warning, protection & prevention and evacuation plans are up to date
- checking that all protection systems and measurement / control devices are fully operational
- drafting all necessary documentation and internal reports in
- case of work accidents or health and safety related incidents
- drafting the protection and prevention plan, based on the safety and health risks related to each specific job position and work conditions/environment
- setting up employee duties and responsibilities for health and safety as written in the job/position file
